Claims Preparation and Support
When preparing or reviewing claims we review all documentation,
plans, specifications and conduct detailed site visits when appropriate. Our
analysis includes recommendations and the necessary supporting documentation
in preparation of claim submittals. In addition, we provide conclusions and
recommendations of costs presented in claims.
CPM Analysis
Review as-built schedules for entitlement, and prepare as-planned, impacted
and un-impacted schedules. We make conclusions as to total delay and provide
supporting schedules and documentation for presentation.
