Our construction and engineering related services assist
contractors, owners or engineers, organize or manage the design build process
and provide constructability reviews on projects under design, bidding or
on-going; and in reviewing existing projects and forecasting costs at completion.
Construction Engineering
We review your project construction engineering procedures and make recommendations
to improve the reporting of costs and quantities. This in turn improves the
forecasting of the results of costs at completion. Accurate information from
construction engineers provides more accurate information in the documentation
of possible requests for additional compensation or claim.

11.2.1 Roadway Construction Management
and Inspection
This category includes the performance of construction management duties for all categories of roadways and highways, and minor bridges as described in Category 5.1.1 - as conventional, non-complex bridges, bridge replacements, simple bridge widening, railroad overpasses, non-standard retaining walls, and pedestrian bridges.
11.2.1 Major Bridge Construction Management
and Inspection
This category includes the performance of construction management duties for major bridges, multi-level interchanges, and exotic bridges as described in Category 5.2.1 as bridges with complex geometry, complexity of design, spans less than 350 feet, non-conventional substructures, substructures requiring ship impact design, design of dolphins for bridge pier protection, railroad underpasses, complex bridge widening, steel truss spans, and concrete arch bridges.
Constructability Review
We are experienced in providing constructability reviews on projects under
design, in the bidding process or during construction. We will show the cost
and time implications of each alternative and make recommendations which will
be in the best interest(s) of both the owner and contractor.
Design Build
We have extensive hands-on construction experience in organizing and leading
the design-build process from the contractor’s point of view on large
public transportation projects. We help organize the overall design-build
process from letter of intent to submittal of the request for proposal.
