Certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) since
1995 and certified with the Texas Bar Association, Construction Law Section.
Have served on various construction arbitration panels and acted as sole arbitrator.
Dispute Review Board Panel Member (FL and TX)
Certified Dispute Review Board member with the Florida Department of Transportation
(FDOT), the Texas Bar Association: Construction Law Section and the Dispute
Resolution Board Foundation. We have participated in DRB’s for numerous
types of projects including heavy highway and bridge construction, water and
waste water treatment facilities, underground utility construction, landfills,
sitework, mechanical work and highway toll plazas.
